1. Drink water
You might of had to much alcohol and you need to get water in you body to flush it clean
2. Eat small
Yesterday was the day everyone probably ate more than the entire year, so eating small could set your stomach back in the right direction
3. Exersize
Well if you had as much to eat as me you would also need to exersize to get rid of the Christmas dinner kg’s you might of put on.
4. Dont drink alcohol
You need to give your body rest, dont drink alcohol if you had to much on Christmas. It’s just not good for you
5. Plan for new years
Now that Christmas has passed you need to prepare for new years because by now every nice thing might be booked out. I would like to go on a boat over new years eve and watch the fireworks but the places left on most yacht are probably taken by now.
