American police violence against woman and children

The American police force seems to be there for the state instead of the people. The police are suppose to be there for the people. Stop criminals defend the defenseless and in the process make the world a better place. Not in America, the bad cop stories out way the good once so much it is hard to believe there is any good one's . But there has to be because there are criminals in jail and there isn't anarchy in the streets.
Though that doesn't' change the fact that the police force sounds like a bunch of bullies. But the more I read these bad cop articles the more I notice the same trend they all tend to show up at the wrong address trying to arrest innocent people and in the process harming those who get in their way.
I am so disturbed by this video footage of a cop brutally beating a woman because she wanted to make a call. Sure she was being difficult but would it have been so bad for her to make a call. He beat her so badly there was blood on the floor. This man is a phyco . I am disturbed I will surely never go to America, who looks everyday more like a police state. Just by the way this happened in 2007 nothing has been done.
This video is almost worse than the first because she called for help then got arrested. Then being stripped forcefully to the buff 'for her own protection'. I just want to make a point that if they asked her beforehand to remove her clothes or they shall, she would not have kept asking what they are doing. The cops really look like robots in this video they have no sympothy for the woman. This is sickening. Is this really the example the rest of the world wants to follow? I am glad I am not an American who has reason to fear their police.
These are all serious cases but the worst so far I have ever seen is the on of 12 year Dymond Milburn attacked by cops. Two years ago in Galveston little Dymond Milborn's mother asked her to go to the electrical box outside their home. She was wearing short shorts and a t-shirt, when three police officers in normal clothing jumped her told her she is a prostitute and tried to stuff her in a van. She clung to the tree and screamed for her daddy the whole time. When he came out he tried to free his daughter who the police where beating. Remember at that time Dymond and her father had no idea these where cops until they tried to arrest her for resisting arrest. Little Dymond was hospitalized from injuries she received in the turmoil. The cops apparently where looking for 3 white prostitutes so they tried to arrest a 12 year old black girl, they where at the wrong address. Now what pisses me of is two weeks later while she was in school they came and arrested her for resisting arrest and doing bodily harm to a police officer. The original trail was a mistrial but they are at it again, two years later. She has not received an apology, in contrast the police have stated they used appropriate force.
It seems to me that the defenceless in America have become easy targets or the cops are just extrodinarily stupid.
