Automatic Firefox upgrade pissing me off

I have a huge problem with Firefox in windows. It just decided to upgrade on its own. I had no say in it and now all my stupid book marks is gone. That sucks. I never had that problem with Ubuntu linux but since my graphics card got waisted, no more ubuntu and windows is driving me up the walls. Especially when you start Windows, doesnt that just annoy you? 100s of things starting up on startup. Yea that really annoys me. Ubuntu takes about 2 minutes to start up, Windows take about half an hour and then with all the firewalls by the time you get on the internet you are so fed up with waiting you just wanna break the damn pc
