Here is a couple of things i like to do to keep my mind fresh.I like to use my left hand instead of my right, try it especially if you work on the pc the whole day, i do. It takes much more concentration to use a mouse or pick up a glass. I was pleasantly surprised of how easy it became after awhile. Also try to learn something new everyday, or at least as often as you can, it literary makes your brain bigger. Whats also fun if you have a hard time focusing on something then go lie on the floor, note not your bed you will fall asleep, then go to a place in your mind that makes you happy. Mine is thinking of the apple orchards on my uncles farm while growing up, early in the mornings we used to go play there and pick apples while it was still misty. I can just smell that fresh scent and feel the cool mist and see myself in that innocent bliss. Afterwards i feel refreshed and ready to concentrate again. Physical activity is also good for your brain it releases endorfins that make you happy. Your brain uses most of your bodies water so drinking alot of water will keep the headaches away. Last but not least relaxing once in a while is good for your mind as well because if your spirit is calm and relaxed your mind is free to think.
