Often I browse blogs where people claim to know coding. Now I dont know coding but I do know how to use seach engines, and often i find great themes to use on my blogs. But at the same time there are people that can code but they cant design. Some of them insist to design their themes themselves. This is one thing I dont understand. Sure you can code but you dont always have to code your own theme. Its not like you’ll be a worse coder or php er or whatever its called.

There are thousands of great wordpress themes starting with a great one and modifying it will benefit you much more. Using Wordpress also has way more benefits than struggling with your own stuff.

My point is, if you can code you dont always have to, If someone made it available use it.

Recently the TorrentFreak wrote about the e-mail exchanges between Indiana Greg and a very popular international torrent server, The Pirate Bay, Indiana requested the removal of links to all his works across their site, obviously they refused to do this. I have two computers and the one is used for checking and keeping an eye on what happens on the internet whilte the other one is there for working.

But today I ran into a problem I want two windows to update automatically using REFRESH every Firefox extension. But I also want to have both equally open at the same time.

The one solution is to just resize the windows. But that sucks.

So I found SPLIT BROWSER plugin for Firefox. What it does it splits your windows in two or more. You can split your window in as many parts as you want.

So installing Reload every you will then get a added thingy in your right click menu, when you click on it, it gives you options to reload your browser every when so ever you want.

The ever popular FaceBook has decided to make a few changes to its design, for a preview of the new look go visit http://new.facebook.com

They have done a nice job of opening it up, appears a more spacious while actually being more cluttered. They did a good job of actually hiding that fact, although with a popular site like FaceBook, more is less. More stuff in less space makes everything easier, they give you more updates, regarding your friend in the same spot, for example when a number of your friends change their DP, is shows you maybe 5 or so, on my page it is showing the last 17 changes. Although I highly doubt they are all extremely recent, either that or my friends were really bored.

Although hey, the link is listed above, so why not take a look yourself, it works with all your old details and shows you all the information that your old style would with a bit extra.

I just started with a new theme. After contacting people and finding out that the lowest price for the them i want is about $1500 I decided to design a wordpress magazine style theme that looks like a news site’s theme since that is the type I like.

And where this site is headed is more in the category first type of blog than the posts on the front page blog.

When its finished i might consider selling it. I might even start my wordpress site again, the one I had got some nice visits but was to lazy to upkeep it.

I dont know how other people design themes but this is how i do it.

Being a full time blogger I have been looking for a long time for something like Windows Live writer. I was using Ubuntu and have wanted to try Windows Live Writer for some time now.

Windows Live writer can be installed on any Windows machine and i have only been using it for a few days now but its probably the best blogging software out there.

Who would of thought that I would be doing a review on Windows Software.

The one thing that saves a lot of time in Windows Live writer the ability to upload images directly from your Desktop onto your blog. You can also upload video directly from your desktop which makes blogging images way easier.

Another thing is the preview style of the draft or post you are working on. it takes on the form of your blog so you can basically see how the current post will look in your blog while typing.

And even with a live preview of how it will look in your blog, blogging has never been easier than now.

Have you ever typed a great article and think by yourself millions of people will love this? Well they probably will, its just if you dont allready have those visitors the content is going no where.

Now I  am not talking about social marketing etc and all that stuff. I am just talking about posting something and getting a reaction from it.

The reason most blogs succeed is because they create the search engine content and then when they get visitors they use that traffic to boost their new articles. Sounds obvious. Let me explain.

If you get 1000 visitors a month from search engines. Probably 10 at least of those are people that bookmark and share interesting stuff. Might even be less.

Now if you get 10 000 visitors a month from search engines the chances are that 100 people are bookmarkers and people that share.

See how having more search engine traffic can increase visitors to your site from other sources.

To get listed for a certain keyword is not that hard but for some keywords it takes time. So when someone tells you they can get your keyword listed on search engines it might be possible but not without time. Search engine optimization is not just entering a word on your website and linking to that page with the word you want to be listed for. There are many factors that depends on your website being found by a certain keyword. Many of which I will try to explain later.
