Cat stuck in window - Romania

This black and white cat was seen hanging halfway in a window on the second story in Romania. Passers by stopped in concern to see if the cat is alive. He/she started swinging from side to side trying to come loose a man scaled the building and helped the cat inside. My question, how did the cat get stuck like that in the first place?

This is one of those video's that just makes a person so happy. It's about a little baby boy Jonathan who was born deaf and received a cochlear implant and the father video tapes as it's switched on for the first time. The look on Jonathan's face when he realises he is hearing his mother speaking, wow.
Even though the video was taken two years ago and is still moving people around the world.

US soldier jokes with little Iraqi kids, "you gonna be a terrorist?".
Washington, USA - A United States soldier serving in Iraq "taunted" Iraqi kids asking them if they want to be terrorists when they grow up. The video was then picked up on Facebook and is now causing great controversy. What started as a joke led to the investigation of the officer that made the joke.
The United States army did not think it was funny as well, they removed Robert Rodriquez from duty and the video was removed from the Facebook.

Spencer Tunick is a artist who has a rather strange way of wanting to 'express' his vision. Most of the time someone would end up naked as the day they where born. Today the famous Australian Opera House will never being the same again.
Who would be able to look at a place the same after having seen 5 200 completely nude adults at that place?
The finished result will only be seen in the upcoming months as Tunick process the photo's taken.

This is the type of story of one guy says one thing and the other guy says another thing and both story kinda sound true but who to believe? Fortunately this whole thing was caught on video and has made these two men's fight very popular.
There is two sides: the white bearded man who was on his way to get some 'medical' weed with a buddy and a drunk black guy that looks like a twenty year old but is fifty. The bearded man was talking to a friend about going to a funeral and what he was going to wear the black guy heard the part about shoes needing to be polished and from there the fight began. The drunk guy refuses to believe that just maybe it was a misunderstanding and the bearded guy is just pissed of.
But what is annoying me is the white guy was not being racial, not only black men shines shoes. It was job done all over the world by the poorer population. That he got offended so quickly, you can see in the video the old man did not mean offense he looked really confused at the beginning saying at 02:03 that didn't he just offer to spit shine his shoes? It has made a big debate on who was wrong here but I have to say that old man can sure punch.
