Baxter the company who makes the swine flu vaccination filed a patent two years before swine flu broke out. The patent US20090060950A1 to Baxter International was filed 28th August 2008.
Apparently another piece of the swine flu puzzle is that the UK is already apparently spending a couple of million pounds on the vaccination but at the same time media tells us that they are still working on the sine flu vaccination.
