1- Drink water
I have noticed only by drinking water, about 2litres a day, and not doing anything else extra my weight wil drop at first then stabilise. Which is brilliant because its just water. A bonis is that if you drink cold water it speeds up the metobilism according to a study done in Germany in 2003. If you add lemon to the water (remember fresh lemon) it helps to burn calories and flavours the water at the same time making it easier to drink.
2- Cut your own vegetables
Do not buy already cut or frozen veggies. The closest you can buy them in their original state the better because then the nutrients are still in tact. And leave the skin on if it is possible for example I do not peal my potatos before I cook them because most of the nutrients and minerals are in the skin and when you cook veggies they loose alot of the nutrients already if you leave the skin on it helps.
3- Buy as fresh as you can get
Make sure meat, bread, veggies & fruit are fresh when you buy them. Try to avoid frozen products as much as possible because you do not know how long its been frozen and secondly when you defronst food the minerals leave with the water. In any case fresh products taste better anyway.
4- Do not stress about your diet
Or do not stess at all. Each persons body behaves difirently to stress some loose weight others gain. Personaly I gain, alot. You see your body pics up on the stress and instict makes it store food because thats what anxiety tells the body that it needs to be prepared like a bear befor going into hibernation. And please do not stess about your dieet if you mess up so what you mess up its not the end of the world. I myself as a woman used to beat myself up emotionaly if i slipped in a dieet which upset me then i would just get more overweight so the wrong thing to do. You have to give yourself the alowance to have a treat once in a while, that doesn’t mean everyday, but once in two weeks isn’t going to send all your hard work down the drain and besides if you binge after eating healthy your body will punish you enough afterwards be warned.
5- Exersise
I am not going to say I am a expert in Exersises and its realy not my strong point. But its a fact that our bodies need to excersise and the more we do the more fat we loose. There is also the fact that it gives a person an endorfin rush. A good workout is better than anti depressants. The best startup excersise for me is a couple of situps before taking a daily shower. Or walking on the beach and if you live far from the beach, in a local park. Just be outside it does wonders for a persons health. Or walk your dalk, do some gardening that help alot aswell. Or join a gym, personaly I’m not a fan of gym’s. I have been a member but did not have the desipline to stick to it.
6- Sleep well
Your body needs the proper amount of sleep to fuction properly. And it has been proven that the lack of sleep influence a persons weight. The less you sleep the more inactive you become the making you pick up weight and weight gain makes it diffucult to sleep proerly![]()
