Procrastinating will cause stress. Putting thing down to just do them later just puts more backlog on things you have to do. If you have to do something, do it now. Procrastinating heaps up things you really have to do and when you look again there is 100’s of things you have to do before the day ends. Procrastination can also cause your panic attacks to increase.
