A few weeks ago I wrote why i dont use acer computers, laptops or monitors. But today I want to go further and tell you why I think you should not use Acer. I contacted Acer with my story and how I prefer to tell people not to go with Acer. So all asked for was my telephone number. I thought wow maybe Acer will phone me. This might just be good customer service. But I have not heard from them since. No, it seems like they really dont care about their customers. My question to them was: How many dead pixels is acceptable before I can return a Laptop with dead pixels.
To date I have no reply from Acer.
