Its been almost 11 years since I’ve last played Duke Nukem. Actually that was the first game I have ever played that was more than just blocks, circles and a bunch of other things that made you think you are playing a real game. Back then it was the best game ever, well for that period in time at least.

Jon Siegler, the webmaster of 3D Realms, confirms this on their site: "As has been reported around the net today, we can confirm that the game has indeed passed final certification with Microsoft on Friday the 15th of August (on our first try, no less). That means the game is done — it is now in the hands of Microsoft."

So that means we will  almost be playing Duke Nukem. Sweet.
