Egoli ending in 2010

That must be the weirdest thing i read all day. News24 reports that Egoli is ending in 2010. Mnet and Franz Marx Films has decided to stop and not renew the Egoli contract.

This means that, in honouring the current contract, the final episode of Egoli will be broadcast on March 31 2010.

What makes it even weirder is that I have watched Egoli since i was 12 or something like that.
