Egypt soccer players robbed in South Africa after confederations cup

When the Egypt soccer players returned to their rooms they found thousands of dollars in cash missing. It was gone, not coming back and they dont know who took it.

The times reports:

Egyptian players returned from their 1-0 victory over Italy at the Confederations Cup in Johannesburg to find cash had been stolen from their hotel rooms.

So while they were making their country proud, someone in the hotel was making himself proud with their belongings or money.

This is just a preview of the soccer world cup coming in 2010. Just think of all the people that warn the tourists and that speak about this topic, yet nothing is done about crime in South Africa.
