A few days ago Eskom announced that the blackouts are here to stay. Um what about the Soccer World cup in 2010, if a couple of million people EXTRA comes in the country the need for electricity will rise even further. So if they are planning a lights out party for seven more years the 2010 Soccer World cup might not be all that bright. That is off course if the stadiums are finished by then. You can rush those workers they might strike and demand to double their pay. AGAIN.
