Eucalyptus oil is very good for colds and sinusitis,congestion. You can use it in multiple ways my favorite is the humidifier, then its in the air and it goes into your lungs were its most needed and it gives the air a fresh scent. Then you can put on your clothes to carry the scent with you. Then some people put it directly on their skin this is not advisable because in my experience because of the strength of the oil it can burn and make you itch. Or even if you cannot get hold of the oil you can take eucalyptus leaves directly from a tree and put it in a bowl with boiling water then cover your head with a towel with the bowl underneath and take deep breaths. This is the best method with minimal cost. It is the way the farmers used use this medicinal leaves.
