Foliage Mod is a great Wordpress theme that uses um… Well it has cool drop down effects when you click on the tag thingy. I have used this theme for a personal blog when I started it last year. It loads fast and best of all its free. Looks like some hard work went into this one so be sure to give a link back if you can.
