From Strand to Stellenbosch to Paarl

In this photo we can see Strand and all the rising buildings in the front but if you look at those mountains you will notice that the one is in Stellenbosch and the other mountain we see could that be the Paarl Mountains? I think I need a 500mm lens. Nowto convince my wife :)
