Helderberg Nature Reserve in Somerset West is one of the most beautiful places in Somerset West and the Helderberg area. This is a photo of the dam in Helderberg Nature Reserve. Helderberg Nature reserve also has a restaurant, a information centre and is fairly safe, much safer than Table Mountain.
Helderberg Nature Reserve is also great for bird watching and there are some goats and wildlife.
During the summer months the mountain is the best to climb and there are also dams on the top parts of the mountain where you can swim.
