To start off with my first post I’d thought I just start anywhere. Since I really have no idea where to begin.
I bought a 1 liter Cast Ion Pot today. I will also blog about that a bit later.
But for now, the Rambo survival knife.
The Hollow back Rambo survival knife is not really survival knife, its more like a look good knife. Its not strong and the only use really for a knife like that is the contents inside.
The reason I am so negative about those knives that has the hollow back and some gadgets in, is because they dont last. The blade is usually stuck to the handle with a screw or bolted on and the handle is mostly made of plastic. As soon as you try to hit a tree or use it for what it looks like its made to do it will break.
Therefore I go with a fixed solid knife blade and especially one with a wooden handle. Its my preference.
