The western cape might be suffering from water shortages by the time we reach 2010, pretty much all the engineers I've spoken to in the water & forestry sectors say something in the line of that SA is 10 years behind with building infrastructure like damns and reservoirs and at the tempo we're expanding the city, there's no way the water supply is going to be enough.

Not that it's something new, the electricity infrastructure is already suffering from poor planning and the sewerage infrastructure is also running to its limits.

Makes one wonder where all the money goes ...

And the government still denies this hey. Just yesterday a woman in Limpopo died from Cholera, a different type (or however it works) from that in Zimbabwe.

All the taxpayers money is spend on bonuses :/

The money is probably going to peoples pockets. Everyday South Africa turns more and more into another Zimbabwe. We where the front runners in new technology 20 years ago now we are 3rd world, soon water will be scarcer than oil.
