How often should you post?

I have thought about that quite a lot but what I have decided is to post as much as I have something to say. Most top bloggers would say only once or twice a week where others might say once a day. But the thing that makes me decide is when I have content I take my time in writing it and submit it when I am finished. That way I have the stress of having my next blog post ready when everyone expects it.
