I have anxiety disorder otherwise known as panic attacks. Some people might say that its two different things but I am not going to do that now. Please note I am also not a doctor if i was one I would probably not sit all day and blog. I am just going to share what works for me, why it works i dont know. I guess this is not the best post in the world because i dont know why these things work but they do.

1. Drink lots of water.

Why this works, I dont know . But it does work for me. If i drink lots of water panic attacks decrease.

2. Dont drink alcohol

Whenever I drink alcohol I am a panic attack guaranteed

3. Drink lots of tea without caffeine.

Again, this works, i dont know why

4. Dont drink non nutritive sweetener or aspartame.

Aspartame is bad for you, go look it up on Google. Aspartame not only gives panic attacks but a lot of other things as well. Avoiding Aspartame can also stop your headaches if you have a lot of them.

5. Dont plan

You might think i am crazy for saying this but when you plan and you are a panic attack sufferer you might stress about the upcoming event. Whereas when you dont plan you dont stress about it.

Most people say plan, this does not work for me.

 

 

So what works for me might work for you. Try it.
