Hurricane Earl is now a major hurricane according to the National Hurricane Center in the the US. There are also now changes in the warning that was previously issued out for Puerto Rico and the Puerto Rican Islands of Culebra and Vieques.
A Hurricane warning is now in effect (and still for some places) Anguilla, Saint Martin and Saint Barthelemy as well as St Maarten, Saba and St Eustatius as well as the British virgin islands and the US virgin islands.
Hurricane conditions are expected within these areas where the hurricane warning was issued. The National Hurricane Center also advised people to prepare within the next 12 hours for the hurricane
