Last night was my first Wing Chun class. To say the least I need some serious excersize. We had to jog around the block and do some sit ups and push ups for the start up. I could barely do that. I know one style of fighting. Fighting like a Viking. But learning the bit of Wing Chun that I did last night already gave me a better understand that technique is way better than brute force.
