Local: Cold weather here to stay

Reports are that the stormy weather might continue right through Christmas, Usually South Africa is hot summer times but this one might just be different. The floods in the middle of the summer has been worse than all winter and more people's life was at risk during the recent flood in the eastern cape. Some blame it on Global warming some blame it on who knows what. One thing is clear the storms are coming.
