Local: Helderberg is getting bigger

A few years ago you could not find a house the other side of Somerset Mall now the houses almost go as far as firgrove. I wonder if firgrove is as safe as somerset west to live in. Helderberg is growing by the day but finding a house for a good price is getting more difficult. Houses are extremely expensive and with the interest rates going up by the day its not any easier getting into the property market around here.
