I have done domaining for a few years now. I have not become a millionare from it but I have made some money. I think if I would do domaining seriously with the intentions of making big money I would actually succeed. There are certain thing to consider when starting domaining.
First of all I dont know if domaining is a real word, but if its not I declare it a word now. Domaining is when you buy and sell domains for a living. This is really not that hard. The only hard part about making money with domains is that you actually need money to buy the domains first in order for you to sell them.
Domainer’s domains are their portofolio. A professional domainer will always have a few good names in his artillery.
First of all I just want to give you this tip on selling domains on ebay.
1. If you really want to sell your domain name on ebay, SHOW the domain name in the title. I dont know if other people do this but if I dont see the domain name in the title I just skip right along. Because if they dont show it, that means the domain is one of those crappy letter number domains. I will get to that later( the LLLL and stuff like that)
2. Dont annoy people saying you have a 2letter domain when in fact your stupid domain is more than 2 letters. I hate that when I browse on ebay and search for 2letter names. I will make sure to check your other domain offers and if you do that I wont buy and I guess other people might do that as well. The reason for this is. If you cant even give a honest description of your domain how do you expect anyone to trust you as a seller?
3. Dont mess with people. List your domain in the correct area and in the correct category. People get annoyed when you try and scam your domain in their faces. If they want .com give them .com not some .cc or one of those.
