What is a made for adsense or MFA site?

A MFA site exists only for the purpose of making money using ads. They are useless and have no purpose for those who accidentally get to them. Google is doing something about this but I have heard that a decent percent of the internet is only MFA sites. They are mostly on parked domains, so instead of leaving the domain parked they try to make money with it cluttering it with ads and the hope that you will somehow click on them which some people actually do making the circumstance even worse.
