More on Eskom, the skom of South Africa. Shocker.

I now read that Eskom actually wanted to increase the rate by 18%  instead of 14% but it got turned down. The stupid thing about Eskom that I probably keep on repeating is that they had enough money do build nuclear power plants, as the time went on they should of spent it on upgrading the power plants, But no they would rather spend it on their salaries. Now the rest of the country has to suffer.
