ANC to go to high court to fight “kill boer” ruling
Now that the “kill the boer” song is illegal and incitement to violence as well as classified as hate speech the ANC is upset. They are so desperate to sing about killing the boer or white people that they are now prepared to go to the Constitutional Court to challenge the ruling made in the South Gauteng High Court that ruled the words and the song illegal
The ANC also said in a statement that they are shocked and disappointed by the ruling of the South Guateng High court.
Also more than 400 complaints were given in by the DA today at Human Rights after Julius Malema sang the song more than once and refuses to back off.
I’ve have a perfect solution to all our racism problems. We spit SA into 2 equal half’s, one for blacks and one for whites. Then all other races can choose with whom they want to stay. We will see then what will happen with Blacks half and then with Whites half. Why cant we just do this? The whites can have a president and the blacks can. Problem gone.
