AWB – Eugene Terreblanche murder was political
Ventersdorp, South Africa – The AWB came forward and said in a press conference that the murder was in fact political and that they will retaliate against Julius Malema whom they believe is the cause of the murder.
Julius Malema in the last few weeks incited hatred against white Afrikaners and Boers by insisting on singing the “kill the boer” song.
As tensions grow in South Africa just as the World Cup is heading this way. In under two months South Africa will hold the biggest sport event Africa has seen while polarization and racial tensions are peaking.
The police minister or as from 1 April the Police general said that this is senseless murder and insisted that it has nothing to do with Julius Malema who continues to sing “kill the boer”
Eugene Terreblanche was by far the most famous and well known boer South Africa currently had, as well as the most outspoken. After his jail sentence he was said to be a changed man, even so that his neighbour, a black man said that he will sincerely miss Eugene.

What is happening to this beautiful country of ours?
I am disgusted at our goverments indifference towards the cowardly murder of Eugene and other farmers, as well as their apparent unwillingness to discipline their own – for example – Julius Molema. for example, If I were to sing “Kill the Black”, I would be arrested – yet there is apparently nothing wrong with singing rasist songs – as long as it’s about killing white people, or as long as it is racist towards white people.
Do we really want to want to live in a country which has double standards, where the law applies to some people and not others, where our politicians cannot be held accountable for their words or actions, because the ANC government seems to condone their actions.
The current ANC leadership talks about building the nation, building equal opportunity for all…… and so on and so forth, but why do their actions reflect otherwise?
Our country is falling to pieces people, wake up! It is our responsibility as South Africans to stand up to the government if they are not doing their jobs, and the ANC clearly isn’t. We as responsible law-abiding citizens need to stand up and scream that we will no longer tolerate the government’s apparent unwillingness to do anything right.
The only thing they do seem to be interested in is robbing the Tax coffers. Buying new cars and renting more bodyguards, while the country is falling to pieces around them.
Are we just going to sit around and allow this BLATANT ABUSE OF POWER?
We as South Africans, no matter what our skin color or nationality – need to send this government a message. A message that we will NOT TOLORATE their incompetency.
We are all very quick to point finger but ….. what do we do??? Surely we must start doing something rather than merely complaining, etc.
I’d love ideas as to what I can do to make a difference. To consolidate my country. To consolidate my community. To consolidate my life!!!
Perhaps we can all think of positive actions / activities that we can get involved in and DO that will contribute towards consolidation.
My quest is to meet with people and share ways of gaining self-confidence, self-esteem and enhancing our self-image. That is something that Mr Malema could well be needing. I believe that if we feel OK about and with ourselves, then we feel OK about and with our life, our country, our colleagues, our own personal world as well as the world around us.
