The earthquake swarm in Chile continues today with 5 earthquakes ranging between 5.1 and 5.5 magnitude. The highest magnitude earthquake that hit Chile today thus far was a 5.5magnitude that hit just off shore of Valpariso.
Other earthquakes around the globe that reached above magnitude 5 was Vanuatu which was a 5.1 magnitude and the other earthquake was near the central mid-Atlantic ridge and that was 5.2 magnitude earthquake.
