Twitter’s Top Trends of 2010
Twitter revealed their Top Trends for 2010. There are some surprises but mostly the results could of been expected.
OVERALL TOP TRENDS
- Gulf Oil Spill
This one is obvious, the Gulf Oil Spill is still ongoing. It is now said that the Gulf stream grinded to a halt because of the Gulf Oil Spill and the chemicals BP used to destroy the Gulf.
The plan all along was also revealed, they want to turn the Gulf into a depopulated bio fuel plant.
- FIFA World Cup – Good times, especially here in South Africa. The 2010 FIFA World Cup was some event and at the final game the tweets were at a all time high.
- Inception – Another movie trending. This movie had great reviews.
- Haiti Earthquake – The Haiti Earthquakes’ effects can still be seen and felt in Haiti. The people still live in the temp tents they made and not much has changed since the earthquake.
- Vuvuzela – Obvoiusly, the most annoying noise trumpet tool ever made.
