South Korea warns North Korea

South Korean President Lee Myung-bak warned North Korea on Monday. President Lee Myung-bak said that North Korea will face severe consequences if it "commists any additional provocations against the South"

He said "we will make sure that it pays a dear price". The warning came as South Korea is deploying more long-range and artillery rockets on Yeonpyeong just a few kilometers away from the border which North Korea does not recognise officially.

The naval drills between the US and South Korea were postponed until a later date because of "bad weather"
