Things are getting even more bizarre in the Ukraine, now someone called Viktor Bachynsky head of the Chernivsti Regional Bureau of the Medico-Legal Investigation in the Ukraine claims that what is going on in the Ukraine is not pneumonic plague but "cardiogenic shock that happens as a complication after the A/H1N1 virus.

He goes further to explain that the high death rate in the Ukraine is caused by the wrong antibiotic treatment. 

Just this week the World Health Organization said something totally different, they claimed that the h1n1 in the Ukraine is totally normal.
