VIDEO – Beach oil chaos, oil stuck to child’s feet, dissolved oil a bigger threat

Destin Beach, Floriday – This video shows the true extent of the Gulf of Mexico oil spill and how people are ignoring the dangers of the oil. The oil poses a massive health risk especially when swimming in the water where the oil is still washing out on the beaches.

The video from " CopperTheRabbitDog’s YouTube channel" shows thick blobs of oil baking in the sun just meters away from children playing when he walks over to a child with oil stuck on her feet, she’s crying "get it off". The oil is everywhere and the worst part is, which also was confirmed today that most of the oil can not be seen.

The worst part is that Researchers at the University of West Floriday said that the water near Pensacola and Perdido Key is covered with oil as it tested positive for dissolved oil.

There are very confusing reports as well, conflicting warning say whether people can or cant swim in these water. Clearly by looking at this video it seems like that might not be the best idea.

Already more than 400 people seeked medical care for respiratory problems, headaches and other issues at Escambia County Beaches.
