Xenophobia – When they are planning it

Midrand, South Africa – The xenophobia attacks might start this weekend already. We found out that they are already planning to identify the foreigners this weekend and then go warn them to be out by the 12th, the day the soccer World Cup ends. 

What happened in 2008 is exactly this but instead of first identifying they started to burn down shacks and loot shops to early. The attacks then spread "spontaneously" as some believe, while it is also believed that the attacks were planned well off and well ahead of time.

This information comes out of Thembisa, close to Johannesburg so information might be different in other parts of the country.
