She wasn’t on last years list. Bar Refaeli is an Israeli model, she got more attention because of her relationship with Leonardo Dicaprio. But what got her on the list was the fact that she was in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue and got named the best body of 2008 by Arena magazine. Personally to me yes she is gorgeous I just believe that there are many other woman who deserved to be in the top 20 than her she should at least have been a little more seen.
