I don't know how she made it to no one. Katherine is an good actress have had a busy year even receiving awards and marrying singer Josh Kelley. Katherine Heigl was no 39 last year, according to my personal standpoint she is not the most beautiful woman on this list not even the most talented. Its very confusing but hey that's they're choice.
