One thing when you have to look after children and you are a panic attack sufferer you must take control. You are the caretaker and they have to listen. The more relaxed your children are the more relaxed you will be. Children will make you stress for several reasons. Maybe they dont get enough attention or they might be hungry. The best thing to do is to get a check list. My wife always looks after the children, I mean the serious stuff like bathing and changing nappies. Sometimes I have to do that as well but then I have checklists to see why the babies might be crying. That is a great way of NOT running around like a headless chicken. Going through the list of things that can be wrong you will eventually get to that which might bother your child. That will also stop you from getting panic attacks and have a relaxed environment without running away from the stress of looking after children.
