Stress is mostly cause by thoughts going through our minds telling us of the many things we have to do during the day, getting a simple day planner and writing things down as the day goes along both what you have to do and secondly what you have to remember. Writing things down what you have to remember will give you the stress relieve of knowing you dont have to remember everything. Writing things down will also give you a way to prioritize. Putting first what is most important and last obviously what is least important. Dont just stop there. Write everything down that is bothering you as well as things you would like to achieve in the near future and keep that book with you. Whenever the stress comes, start writing what bothers you and prioritize.
