So we went to phillipstown in the Transvaal after seeing some nice pictures of it on the internet. We probably went to the wrong side of town because what we saw was shacks and a lot of them. On the opposite was broken down houses and the place looked really empty.
Its almost like a ghost town that got taken over by people who have no where else to go. I know this is wrong to just look at a place like that and say what i think but if there is anything more to Phillipstown than what i saw I would like to find it.
