Every week I read about some useless competition. Just another useless competition of someone to damn lazy to write a article. If you dont want a damn blog go to stupid bloody myspace and join the circus over there. But when I see another stupid contest or competition on my rss reader I think I will blow up my screen. Seriously if you start writing content, no let me rephrase that. IF you start writing any content you wont need to give away your house and your balls just for some low budget visitors. Start writing content. If I see one more stupid contest I will unsubscribe your 1 month old soon to be another useless parked domain. Please grow up and blog something!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You know, I was just surfing around thinking a very similar thought, though slightly less aggressive in my thinking. I love a good contest as much as the next person, but I am definitely thinking content is SO much better. Good call!

These things do get a bit irritating. Maybe it is just because I am not winning anything. Come to think about it, I wonder if anyone ever wins these things.

And what about this free e-book staff that everybody seem to be getting into nowadays!!! Especially in the blogging niche!!
You know, competitions are not bad for a blog, especially in rewarding your loyal readers, but when they are thrown in more than content… i’ll have to agree it gets annoying!!!

I’m new to the whole blogging thing as well as to entrecard, but I agree. I see a lot of great sites when I’m dropping cards, but I only favorite the ones with good content. I don’t really enter contests myself so I don’t really get the popularity of them. And when you see 10 sites in a row and they are all doing an entrecard credit contest it does get really annoying. Keep up the good work here…and I’ll be back!
