André Bergh a 3rd year student may have permanent damage to his ear after he asked a policeman his name in Stellenbosch. According to most people the police or as they refer to them “pigs” had no badges. But one guy’s face is recognized and the people will not rest until justice has been served. If you read on the group which I have linked to on previous posts. Reports come out now in every direction about police abuse in the Strand, Helderberg as well.

This far the police of Stellenbosch has gone to far. This is by far some of the worst police brutality I have seen but there are reports of worse. I hope André Bergh gets his hearing back.

This is very sad, a sad day in South Africa.
