Property in the Karoo
While the entire South Africa is going down the Karoo still stays the same. There are many properties available in the Karoo and most of them are located far from the busy life of the city. That is why I would like to live in the Karoo. Property in the Karoo is not that cheap depending on where you want to settle but bargains can still be found here and there. South Africa has everything, from deserts to City life but I would choose to live in the Karoo by far.
While many people emigrate I think you can still find safe places to live in South Africa. And i think that property can be found in the North West.
