Stress might become less when we learn to come into a routine. Routines are boring but the more you go into routine you will find that you stress less for that thing which you are used to. I used to stress going to town and buying groceries. But making a routine out of it and going on Fridays has reduced the stress of going shopping and gives you time to prepare
Especially panic attacks. Panic attacks decrease when you go into routine. Knowing what you have to do tomorrow and making your life more predictable will benefit both stress sufferers and people with panic attacks. Some panic attacks are caused by events suddenly or forgetting about something and then stressing about it. Important appointment etc. Plan your day tomorrow, today. I know it sounds boring but it works.
