This movie, Role Models, looks hilarious. It probably will have some sappy good feel parts in it but mostly it looks funny. Now I don't particularly like the type film with kids involved, there is just something annoying about watching kids on screen. But these two doesn't seem so annoying to watch.
The movie is about these two sales reps, Danny and Wheeler, who mess up badly and they get two choices go to jail for 30days or community service. So they get sent to a organization that gets role models for children. The thing is these two Danny played by Paul Rudd, is an guy who just can't grow up. He gets placed with a sixteen year old boy named Augie, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, who is a complete and utter geek. Wheeler played by Seann William Scott, is the last type of guy you would want as a role model for your kids gets placed with a foul mouthed little boy Ronnie played by Bobb'e J. Thompson. So the plot is pretty much obvious, wonder if I'll be surprised at the end. This movie is definitely just for laughs even though it has a good message attached, if you are in search of something that would make you think, this is not it.
