Some road in Somerset West
This might still be Parel Vallei road in Somerset West I dont know. This used to be totally dark even during the daytime, you could not see past the trees but since they have cut the trees you can see the entire Helderberg from here. You almost see Rooi Els especially on a clear day. I will post the view of what I am actually talking about just now. The road leads to a place called View point. A lot of people used to sit there and just watch the view at night, but the old folks in Somerset West complained and spoiled the fun as usual.
Nowdays you can go to Gordons Bay and drive up the Steenbras dam road and go to that view point but that is only during the day.
