The American police are some of the most 'trigger' happy when it comes to the tasers. I think it's because they truly think it's harmless and like he says in the start of the video: It's shooting without killing. They get the same feeling from tasering someone than they could perhaps get from shooting without the guilt of really hurting someone. The video is a very funny view on the use of tasers.
