This theme has a water splash above the content and small page link at the top. They also used the blue text and the theme is tags enabled as well.
It has two columns and the its right sidebar designed.
The theme is GPL licensed as well.

Fire coming through trees in Gordons Bay

So there was a couple of people standing at the circle in Gordons Bay before they got so serious about evacuating the people. Suddenly and out of the blue this bolt of fire came out of the trees.
At least I think it was. Check out the photo below you'll see what I mean
